Psalm 38:18-20

New International Version

¹⁸ I confess my iniquity;^(A)
    I am troubled by my sin.
¹⁹ Many have become my enemies^(B) without cause^[a];
    those who hate me^(C) without reason^(D) are numerous.
²⁰ Those who repay my good with evil^(E)
    lodge accusations^(F) against me,
    though I seek only to do what is good.
